Justin Bieber Admits A Famous Friend Fancies Harry Styles!

Justin Bieber has recently seen his limelight by stolen by five cute boys from the United Kingdom, and now he’s revealed that a huge singer chum has the hots for Harry.
Speaking with The Mirror, Justin said: “I already know one of the biggest artists in the world thinks Harry is so hot, but I have been sworn to secrecy.”
Who could it be? We’ve already heard that Demi Lovato has been tweeting Niall, so who’s Harry’s secret flame?
Could it be Katy Perry? Taylor Swift? Or even Rihanna?

Justin commented more on One Direction: “They look great, they sound great and, when you add their British accents into the mix, the American girls are going crazy for them. Meanwhile, the boys have admitted they’re big fans of the hit iPhone app DrawSomething. Speaking with The Sun, a source said: “Zayn got the lads hooked as he’s a genuinely talented cartoonist”.
Maybe 1D should challenge their fans to a game!

One Direction WOW Millions At The Kids Choice Awards

Global superstars 1D gave a knock-out performance at the 2012 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards last night in Los Angeles, to a packed audience.
Making their debut appearance at the event, the boys belted out their smash-hit song “What Makes You Beautiful”, melting the hearts of teenagers world-wide.
Looking ever-more like the seasoned professionals they’ve become, they were given a fantastic introduction, and tension was built up to a fever-pitch before they appeared on stage.

The eagle-eyed (or eared?) of you will notice Harry Styles fluffing his lines in his solo towards the end of the song, but despite that slight mishap, the reaction from the watching crowd was nothing less than amazing.
Harry suffers from stage-fright on occasions (though you wouldn’t know it at times!), so we hope this latest slip doesn’t affect him too much. Chin up Harry, we love you!

The celebs were all out at the event, with rising Nick star Rachel Crow commmenting on One Direction saying: “I love them, they are amazing and their songs are amazing and they are the nicest of guys. I love them all my favourite changes daily.”
Kelly Osbourne gave her verdict on them: “They are so amazing and they are so lovely and it makes me so happy – it’s like the Brits taking over I love it.”
Australian star Cody Simpson also commented about the staggering rise to fame of the Brits, saying: “I don’t feel threatened by them. I think there is a place for all of us.”

Giving their own commentary on the night, Niall Horan tweeted: “The kca’s were amazing! really fun day met a lot cool people.and to top it off met the first lady of the US and the girls..amazing experience.”
Harry Styles said: “That was a lot of fun..thanks for having us KCA’s!! I feel incredibly lucky to have the life I do..I met some amazing people today. And had a lot of fun. Thank you so much.”
And it seems that they managed to avoid a potential sliming too, with Zayn breathing a sigh: “Glad I escaped the slime!”
Finally, Liam Payne tweeted KCA Blimp winner Taylor Lautner, asking the Twilight star for some gym help: “@TaylorLautner hey just wanted to say congratulations on your butt kicker award and I need your help in the gym thanks Liam.”

Kidd Kraddick Interviews One Direction

Niall, Zayn, Harry, Liam and Louis took ten minutes out of their busy schedule to record an interview with US radio presenter Kidd Kraddick.
You might want to make sure you don’t have a full stomach though, as during the interview the boys start joking about – apparently drinking pee! Ugh.
(We’re pretty sure it’s not pee, but still gross nevertheless)

Elsewhere, legendary Rolling Stones guitarist has been giving advice to One Direction, with the guitarist saying: “I’ve taken them under my wing. I’m so pleased for them getting that number one in America.”
Ronnie met the boys at a party last year, and told the band he would love to play guitar with them.
Harry tweeted: “Just shared a brief embrace with Ronnie Wood. He smelt like 29 Studio albums, 10 live albums and rich mahogany.”

One Direction Invited To The White House!

It seems not a day goes by without 1D getting even more love, and the latest coup for the lads is receiving an invitation to the White House from Michelle Obama!
According to sources at The Sun, they were invited to the to the White House for the annual Easter egg hunt on Easter Monday.
However, the band were forced to decline her invitiation as they will be in Australia on that date, but added: “They’d love to go another time”.
Harry Styles asked Mrs Obama how they ordered pizza at the White House, and she replied “we don’t, and have to make our own”.
Harry admitted his eye for Michelle, saying: “She’s a very classy woman, very elegant”, before adding further: “She’s a very attractive older woman”.
Michelle Obama was present at the awards with her daughers Malia and Sasha.
Celebs caught bopping away to “What Makes You Beautiful” included Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, as the boys went down a storm on the night.

Confirmed Songwriters For 1D’s Second Album

It might surprise many that work will soon start on One Direction’s sophomore album, especially considering that “Up All Night” was only released on American shores a matter of a few weeks ago.
Simon Cowell has apparently challenged the world’s best songwriters to submit potential smash-hit songs for inclusion.
Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik all have been credited with helping write the songs featured on their debut effort, but collaborations with global superstar producers are very common these days, and the formula worked to a perfect recipe on “Up All Night”.
Confirmed producers/songwriters for the follow-up effort include so far:

• Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub & Savan Kotecha (who co-wrote “What Makes You Beautiful”)
• Tom Fletcher from McFly
• Max Martin & Kristian Lundin (famous for some of Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Pink, Katy Perry and Kelly Clarkson’s biggest hits)

Other artists who One Direction have expressed an interested to work with include Ed Sheeran, Dappy and Adele. Producer Nadir Khayat (famously known as RedOne), is also of potential interest.
Ed Sheeran wrote the fan favourite “Moments”, and Dappy is currently tearing up the UK charts with his first solo album, with One Direction saying they love his sound.
